How do I get started?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with access to your custom Notion board and a quick guide to our process. You’re free to start queueing requests the moment you log in. We’ll also pair you with a dedicated Account Manager who is available for a one-on-one setup call whenever you’re ready.
How many requests can I submit?
You can submit as many requests as you’d like. They’ll be handled one at a time, in the order they’re added to your Notion board.
What kind of creative work is included?
Most creative work related to design and marketing is covered. That includes landing pages, video editing, copywriting, social graphics, brand assets, and more. Animation, 3D modelling, product design and app building are not included.
How fast will I receive the work?
Most tasks are completed in two to three business days. Larger projects or more complex requests may take a bit longer, but we’ll always set out a timeline and keep you updated.
Who are the creatives?
90% of the work is done by our in house creatives. Where any specialist skills are required, we work closely with trusted industry friends to ensure a high quality of output is maintained, and you will always be dealing with a dedicated account manager.
How does the subscription work?
Your subscription renews monthly and is a flexible commitment. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again — though we don't offer refunds on the current month or work already completed.
